Issue Upgrade to latest version is failing.

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade my plesk version 12.5.30 to the latest available version but keep getting an error. I'm running plesk on windows server 2012. I've changed the password for that user with the mysql command prompt but the upgrade is still failing. Does someone knows how to fix this issue?
