  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Upgrade to Plesk 12.5.30 - Webmail Horde Failed

HI all,
I've just upgrade my Pesk 11.0 to Plesk 12.5.30
Everything working well except Horde.

Horde info:
- After upgrade, version Horde 6.2.9
- Can access to webmail interface
- Can't log in:
+ Correct Password: Don't let user in, and all user info ( username/password) disappeared like a new fresh website.
+ Wrong Password: Told user that they type in wrong password.

Please guide me to fix this problem.
If you need any log, please tell me where to take it. I will provide it as soon as possible.
 
No problem (it can be frustrating). Do you have any corresponding errors (at the time you attempt to login) in the /var/log/psa-horde/psa-horde.log file?
 
i did check the /var/log/psa-horde/psa-horde.log file but it didn't have anything..

Even i enabled the "DEBUG" mode at /etc/psa-webmail/horde/horde/conf.php
"$conf['log']['priority'] = 'DEBUG';"
 
Try to re-install horde at least.
Also try to fix it with

# plesk repair mail
