Issue Upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.27 from Plesk Onyx 17.8.11 Update failed

I have an error message about updating plesk and that it failed. This is the message:

I've tried to update it a few times and I get the following error each time:

The Updates/Upgrades Source is set to the default (Official Plesk Updates server) so I don't think I should be experiencing this issue. Anyone know what I need to change to fix this?

Hello @daire,

Check /etc/resolv.conf for valid and accessible nameserver lines. I recommend Google's nameservers: 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4

I'd suggest disabling third-party ius yum repository.

I know this is silly, but where do I find the "update log" in Plesk 17 ?
I also am having problems updationg from 17.8.11
