UPGRADING ERRORS From 8.1 to 8.2

hello,
ofter upgrading my plesk from 8.1 to 8.2 i can no longer access plesk.Remember i have fedora os..

When i am accesing https://my-ip:8443/
i am getting these errors and i can login to plesk..

ERROR: PleskFatalException
Components::componentUpdate() failed: Unable to exec utility packagemng: Empty error message from utility.

0: /usr/local/psa/admin/auto_prepend/auth.php3:508

anyone can help me sort this error out please..
i am waiting for more than 3 weeks

it is probably a database upgrade problem, not easy to manage, need to see a Plesk 8.2 and a 8.1 structure and do a diff and alter tables, probably then will be OK.

Hello,
i have done the update on 2 dedicated servers..
On one its working fine.. and the other one i am getting the problem that i posted.. The problem is that i dont have any 8.1 version installed to compare the database

It there a way out please?

please do you have an idea which file i should compare please? because when i download the file /usr/local/psa/admin/auto_prepend/auth.php3

i cant look at the line 508 to see which table it uses or wat...
