  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

We have Parallels Presence Builder 11.5.6
I upload mp3 files using the document function, it will have a "being uploaded documents."
sitebuilder error is as follows:
(104) Connection reset by peer: mod_fcgid: error reading data from FastCGI server, referer: http://wpb.mydomain.com/Editor

Are there other settings need to be adjusted.

What kind of app are you using, have you downloaded it or you are trying make one by your own, if so can you share with me what you did, because I don’t fully see what is in the .png you sent. If you want to make it online there is a good option to convert videos to mp3 on https://editmp3.online without any problem. Hope it is gonna help you.
 
To upload MP3 files:
Click Media on the left side of the editor.
Click the upload media icon.
Select the file from the computer.
(Optional) Select the file and click "Add to Page" to add it to your site.
