URGENT - Problem adding Email-User after Updating Smartermail to 4.3.2760

Hello,

we just updated Smartermail to Version 4.3.2760 on our Live-Server. The update worked fine on our test-System so we decided to update the live-server. Now we have the problem, that we cannot add an Email to any Domain. Changing settings works. Adding aliases to existing emails works, too.

The following Error-Message appeares in Plesk (translated from German):

Error: Updateing the properties of the email-address failed:mailmng failed: Can't create mail name.
Domain: XXXX.de [XXXX.de].
Mail name: test.a.
Reason:
Failed to add the alias 'test.a'


What can we do here ?

Plesk-Version: psa v8.1.1_build20070326.13 os_Windows 5.2.3790.0
on a Windows 2003 Server 64bit

any ideas ? its very important for us because none of our clients can add email-addresses to his domain currently...

Is it possible to create mailbox through SmarterMail Administrator?
 
Adding user via webmail-portal of smartermail works fine, user does not appear in plesk....
 
Hello avateam.com,

Please be sure there is not domain noname.com in SmarterMail > Security > Forwarding Black List.
Unfortunately this domain name (and only that) is reserved name by Plesk. However it will be fixed in the next version.

You should remove noname.com in SmarterMail > Security > Forwarding Black List and all will work properly.
 
If you are observing high activity on domain noname.com then it means there are many mailnames on mail server w/o mailbox, redirect and mailgroup.
