Url Rewrite module not work

We developed a website in asp.net 2.0
In the site there is a option of url-rewriteing.
We use "URL Rewriting module" from
http://www.simple-talk.com/dotnet/asp.net/a-complete-url-rewriting-solution-for-asp.net-2.0/

It works well in localserver, but when we
upload in your server it not works.
In server we use Plesk 8.6.0.5
In the server in "C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\isapi" folder we find
"rewrite.dll","hotlinkprot.dll","sitepreview.dll","urlprotect.dll"

is they are create any problem to run our url re- write ?

URL_rewite is not supported in IIS by default; need to install a url_rewrite isapi filter and map from IIS >> domain >>ISAPI filters.
