Use other mail server

We have Plesk 7.5 linux version. No problem so far with it. I understand that there's is an integrated Webmail called "Horde".

My question here is that, is it possible that i can use different mail systems and a separate mail server? Let's say, i want to use Microsoft Exchange because our company requires some scalable mail systems.

Under the domain properties in Plesk admin; there's no option to change the ip address of the "mail.domain.com" because it is residing in its root domain.

i'm not sure if i'm in the right track to resolve my inquiry and need your advise.

You will need to modify (delete/add) the mail.domain.com A record to point to the IP of the Exchange server (Domain - DNS in the Plesk control panel), then do some manual modifications to the Qmail control files (SSH login, use vi/nano/pico/emacs to edit/create the files). More info on this:
