Resolved User unknown in local recipient table

Hi!

I need send mail from Plesk to other domain in same Server, but... User unknown in local recipient table

Try Send for webmail, this error:


Domain with external mail is unset mail service in Plesk.


Other error:
(marcio@domainmailexternal: : Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table
) SMTP server error: Called RSET without being connected , , , (marcio@domainmailexternal: : Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table
) | 2017-05-03 15:46:31 SMTP ERROR: RCPT TO command failed: 550 5.1.1 : Recipient address rejected: User unknown in local recipient table

Hi Marcio Nunes,

to investigate issues with your mail - server, you should consider to post as well related configuration files and you could at least provide informations as shown with the command ( logged in as user "root" over SSH ):

plesk version

... and it might help, if you tell us as well at least, WHICH mail - server combination you use ( qmail/postfix - courier-imap/dovecot ).
