• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello,

After updating tot 9.5 I get mailbounces like:
User unknown in virtual alias table

I deleted the domain en recreated it and it was fixed for a week, but now it starts again.

Any idea how to fix this?

Often such issues can be corrected by running Plesk mail reconfigurator tool:

/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --with-spam

Recreating mail accounts manually will have similar effect, as they will be created with proper permissions.

I also have this same problem.
I have 28 domains in plesk 9.5 and only have the problem with one domain (it is the host domain for the server)

I can send email, but when any mail is sent to any address on this domain it comes back with This is the mail system at host myhostdomain.com.

Dear JBWebWorks,

I'm having the same problem. I've got multiple domains and only one has the problem.

Did you find the solution?

Issue we have is with a contact email sent from a website hosted on the plesk server, all other domains seem to be okay.
