  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Usermng failed to remove domain

We recently upgraded to plesk 7.5.4 running CentOS 3.4 and Virtuozzo.

I believe it was working initially but now whenever we try to delete a domain we get a javascript message saying the following:

Unable to remove domains;Unable to delete system user SysUser->SystemRemove() failed: usermng failed unable to set quota for user: <insert domain user here>
System error 38: Function not implemented.

Now I've seen a couple other posts regarding usermng domain removal errors, but this error seems slightly different.
I did try to add the user but it says the user exists, and I did try to replace usermng with the one that has been circulating on this form with no success.

Anyone have any ideas other than manually doing it and leaving a bunch of entries on the DB?
