Whenever I login to the plesk.. I get this errror

ERROR

Unable to query database: Can't open file: 'log_actions.MYD'. (errno: 145)

and when I refresh.. It sometimes work fine..
I am on RHE 3 and Plesk 7.5.1

Any Ideas ?

I just fixed the issue... by repairing log_actions table..

wanted to share with everyone
