VHosts resetting

From what I can tell the vhosts on my Plesk Panel keep resetting (I think around once a day), all my webstatistics (AWStats) begin to 404 and I have a Wordpress installed in the root of a domain which is now displaying the "Web Server's Default Page" (any sub-directory of the Wordpress install gives a 404 such as the wp-admin directory). The way I've fixed this temporarily is to run "%plesk_cli%\repair.exe" --update-vhosts-structure. I do not see any errors or warnings in the event viewer or log files.

On another note is there a way to increase the logging for event viewer to include more than just errors (such as informational) to make it easier to track down issues?

Any update was run on the plesk? Any error in eventviwer >> plesk logs?

Still happening, can't find any errors related. Regarding updates I did get the latest a few days ago but I believe it was happening before that. A side note to the update I am receiving an error saying the update failed but if I check the version it says it's the latest.

Update: Last night the vhosts did not change, I am unsure why but I will keep an eye on it and see what happens tomorrow. Other than attempting to trigger the issue by running scheduled tasks, backup, restart, etc. I haven't changed any settings.

I think the problem was related to the backups after seeing the latest patch. I do have backups set to put the websites into standby. I'll still keep an eye on it for a couple of days but it looks like http://download1.parallels.com/Ples...5-windows-updates-release-notes.html#11530u36 may have fixed the issue.
