Issue Web Pro Edition - WordPress Sales Plug

I had to move from a failing server to another server and I installed the new version Plesk Onyx and all of my site moved over, but 1 site. I have WordPress running with a template and a shopping cart pluggin. Every time I try to restore that site it fails. Is there something with my license or something with the new version.
