Web-User FTP-Account - change root?

Hey every1,

i just started today with my first experiences at Plesk 7.5.

All works really fine, except one...

I need to run a ftp-site with 50 FTP-Users. No, i need to control them by setting Quotas and watching their transfers at the log. The only Problem is, they need 1 directory, where they can work together, but this can't be anonymous, because the work on the whole world with secure data.

Now the question... :)
How can i change the config or something else, so that the web-users gets access to one directory (beside their userfolder) or is it possible to grand them the same rights as the domain-user?

thx for ur help and nice evening :)
