Web Users Question

Does anyone know if there is a way to remove the "~" for the web users http directory. If I have a site www.domain.com and a web user test_user I want to be able to access this from www.domain.com/test_user instead of www.domain.com/~test_user. Is this possible?

Well, I found a solution if anyone wants to know using the vhost.conf file. Just create or edit the file /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/conf/vhost.conf file and add this for an alias.
Alias /test_user /var/www/vhosts/domain.com/web_users/test_user
Then to apply the change run
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/websrvmng --reconfigure-vhost --vhost-name=domain.com

This is exactly what I want to do, however, a "find / -name websrvmng" does not find anything. I'm on Plesk 8.2. Is there another way to get vhost.conf recognized?
