  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue webstat don't work

Gherardo

New Pleskian
Hi,

My configuration:
Ubuntu 16.04 - 64 bits
Plesk Onyx 17.0.17

www.DomainName.com/plesk-stat /webstat / don't work
it responds:
This is the placeholder for Web statistics. If you see this page, that means that statistics for your server was not gathered yet, or bandwidth was not used. Statistics is typically set to run once every 24 hours. If you do not see a change to this page in the next 24 hours contact your server administrator for assistance.
This page has been automatically generated by Plesk.

In Service Plans - Hosting Parameters
Web statistics is selected and Awstats is active.

From the domain control panel, by clicking on Web Statistics,
I received the same error.

Thanks for your help!
Gherardo

Try to run calculating statistics for your domain in CLI with command

# /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one domain.com

and check possible errors in the output.

Thanks for your help.
I changed the statistics from Webstat to Webalizer and from this to work
however, if I give the command you suggested here is the result
[2018-05-13 06:01:00] ERR [panel] Option "calculate-one" requires option "domain-name"

in the server I have other domains that use Webstat,
but the result is the same, does not recognize or does not see the registered domains.
