Welcome email - how to edit it?

Hello, we want to customize the email that is sent to the customer when he creates a site in DEMO mode with Web Presence Builder.
Is it possible? Where do we find the template?

I created the file tbbMessagesCustom.lng as suggested by the documentation, but the Panel is still showing the default messages.
Do we need to restart the server to reload the new files?
