  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Welcome emails after purchasing domain

Hello,
The other day someone went into my company's storefront (which I still don't know how to view), and they tried starting a new account. They clicked that they already owned a domain and the account was setup. They received a welcome email, and an email with a confirmation number and a receipt. In that second email, it said this is not your login/pass info and it would come in another email. That email never got sent out.
--How do I make it so that email gets sent out?

Is your company using Plesk billing module as the store front or you have a custom third party billing application?
