  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Hello everyone,

It's my first post here and I hope I will find some help.

I need to secure an Access database and usualy it should be place over the httpdocs folder so no one can download it.

I try to place it in private folder, but I can't set permissions to this folder.

If I place it under httpdocs, it's possible to download it.

What can I do?

Thanks for any help!

private folder, is not for DB, it is only to store personal files. Not for web use.
