• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

My new plesk installation have problems with timezone. The database (mysql) does not display correct timezone.

I found the solution (not sure if it works) from web that says to edit the my.cnf file to include a timezone parameter. But where the hack is my.cnf? I did a windows search but can't find this file. Is it hidden or is it masked in another name?

Thanks.

I feel bad now, for two reasons:

1. Because you're using Windows
2. Because I didn't pay attention.

Okay, memory serves me, my.cnf is going to be in the MySQL install directory, sorry not under data but the install. You should also install the MYSQL GUI, if you haven't done that already.
