Which content does the backup manager save?

Hello,

can sombody tell me what exactly will be backuped by using the plesk panel backup manager selecting "Configuration and content"?
I searched but cannot find any data except the information a full backup is not possible.

I would like to have a backup for every domain, database and all configurations to be able to restore single domains, databases or the server itself.

Do I have to do an additional Reobackup or pleskbackup via console?

So, the plesk backup manager is the gui to pleskbackup?
And I do not fully understand what's about the database content.

If you select content backup - databases will be backuped too.

Is there a way to schedule the backup to save all configuration and content with mail content, but i need the mail configuration, like emails accounts and passwords??
