  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Why is Horde still at 3.3.13?

New Pleskian
Running Plesk 11.0.9. Control panel is showing Horde 4.3.11. But when you login to Horde it is version 3.3.

Looking at Server Components in the panel it is showing:

psa-horde 3.3.13-cos5.build110120606.19
psa-imp 4.3.11-cos5.build110120606.19

So the panel is displaying the version of psa-imp for "Horde" not psa-horde

Is the server using horde 3.3 because Plesk 11 doesn't come with horde 4 yet, or when I upgraded from Plesk 10 to 11 did it just fail to upgrade horde for some reason?

If the latter, how do I upgrade to Horde 4?

Well sadly, I can confirm, 3.13 is the correct version for Plesk 11. It seems Parallels is way behind as far as Horde as version 5 is out (or about to come out) and version 3 is not really supported anymore.
