windows install problems help me customerss

i have an windows 2003 server with iis 6.

i want install plesk 7
the i started the exe ...plesk check the system...and he said.. ms ftp not installed..

but wen i look in my system..it sayed ftp service installed..

is ms ftp an another software? what must i do to install it?
