  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Windows Plesk Not Able To Create Domain After Windows Updates

Sian DenC

New Pleskian
Hi,

I do not have any support points as expired.

But I do think it is the 9.5 Windows Plesk Panel Bug.

After updating Windows Server 2003 updates, my windows 9.5 plesk panel suddently not able to add any domain (and not able to suspend/de-suspend domain) to IIS and create vhost folder. The creating domain just hangging there.

I check to the server: I found that DNS entries and Mailenable entries has been created, but IIS entries and web vhost folder have not been created. (I think that the issue make the creating domain process hangging at plesk control panel).

Please help on this issue. It is urgent. I think it is a 9.5 windows plesk panel bug, so why I need to buy support point to solve this kind of bugs and I'm using the latest 9.5 windows plesk panel.

Please answer, administrator!

Thank you.

Bobby
