  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

After hours the taks is not responding and produces the following error:

Task is not responding: id=2792, pid=18317, type=ext-wp-toolkit-task\manage

Perhaps it's just one instance, plugin or theme which fails, but I cannot figure out which one. Is there some kind of logging available to check what's going wrong?

usualy /var/log/plesk/panel.log
for other logfiles see knowlegebase Plesk for Linux services logs and configuration files

depending what you will find in the logfiles, perhaps this KB Article are helpfull: WordPress Toolkit scan fails with the error: Task is not responding: id=2133, pid=11088, type=ext-wp-toolkit-task\manage but this is when you have a lot of domains..
or Unable to update a WordPress plugin: ERROR: escapeshellarg(): Input string contains NULL bytes
