Issue WP Toolkit Deluxe installation failed

Ubuntu 20 with an ESM license

Plesk version and microupdate number

18.0.74 update 3

We want to use the WP Toolkit Deluxe plugin. Buying it using the webshop doesn't work. Installing it directly with the exensions option after logging in to Plesk seems to work. We paid for the subscription and after that Plesk starts installing the extension. This gives the error Failed to prepare the "WP Toolkit Deluxe", invalid download url for the extension. In the My Purchases section on the Plesk server the WP Toolkit is listed. When I open this extension I cannot see the Smart PHP update option.

How do I solve this? The amount of €15,= is not much but I do expect to have a working product.

Hello, @Hielko . I am sorry to hear about the inconvenience you are experiencing. Judging by the price you mentioned I assume you purchased WP Toolkit Deluxe for Web Host edition. I can see in previous cases the reported error occurred if there's a mismatch between the Toolkit edition and the Plesk license edition. If the Plesk license you are using on the server in question is also Web Host it will be best to get in touch with our Customer Support team so they can check all details in the backend and further investigate the issue.
