WPB and SB active but not showing

Hello.
I have the Web Presence Builder and the Sitebuilder 5 active, and added to my clients´ suscriptions. I can see also Sites published with WPB 0 of 2 on the suscription pane. When i enter on the control panel of that client and check permissions of the ussers, i ensure they have "Site design with Web Presence Builder" allowed. But even so, i cant see the option to launch it under Domains and websites.
I have been looking around on the forums searching for solutions and I havent found any to solve this.
I have no sites launched so far, and my license is active.
Using Plesk installed in a rented Ubuntu server.
