XCache for PHP

Hello

I need Xcache installed on a Centos 5 box with PHP 5.2.6 and zend optimizer installed.

An engineer from my hosting company tells me: "However, Xcache is not fully compatible with apache running under plesk, and can not be installed"

Is this true?

How can I install XCache?
