On Plesk for Linux mod_status is disabled on upgrades to improve Apache security. This is a one-time operation that occurs during an upgrade. You can manually enable mod_status later if needed.
I have a problem with a client. Every now and then, fail2ban blocks their IP because they have misconfigured email accounts on their network, which triggers the plesk-dovecot rule.
This is fine, but the problem is that the client is unable to find the email program that's causing the problem...
The FTP server always forced a secure connection. I followed your test request and disabled this limitation in FTP server.
Now it works correctly with the FTPS option enabled/disabled in Plesk backup system.
It is very rare that now it fails for that reason and in previous Plesk versions it...
The strange thing is that using the specified command,
it works correctly. Also, checking in the logs of the FTP server, the connection and access test performed from Plesk is done without problems.
It only fails in the Plesk panel. It is very strange.
Since the last update, the Backup manager via FTP remote storage configuration no longer works for me. It returns the following error message. I have checked the FTP server and it is OK. I am sure of this because I have 3 additional Plesk servers using the same type of backup and they can access...
Thank you very much for the reply. In the end I started testing by making some changes to the postfix configuration and to my surprise I saw that when I restarted the service to take the new configuration, it ignored me, ignoring the changes.
I proceeded to restart the server and sent another...
I changed the password for the user@domain2.com email and emails from user@domain1.com are still arriving in the Junk folder.
I have checked the filtering rules again and there are none. Attached screenshot.
Are there any other filter rules that cannot be reviewed from Roundcube Webmail?
Webmail does not have any filter applied. Is there any way to know if a client moves the message via IMAP as soon as it arrives to the Junk folder?
I've tried sending a message and instantly checking the /var/qmail/mailnames/domain2.com/user/Maildir/new folder to see if it ever gets stored...
I have 2 emails on my Plesk server from 2 different domains. When I send a message from user@domain1.com to user@domain2.com, the message is stored in the Junk folder.
I have tried sending messages from another email account type user2@domain1.com to the same recipient user@domain2.com, and the...
My Plesk server suddenly alerted me to a mass mailing via an account correo@email.com. I went into the maillog file and saw that it was triggered by the following line:
Nov 25 08:31:27 servidor postfix/smtpd[2264977]: 82EF8863DF: client=localhost.localdomain[::1], sasl_method=PLAIN...
I finally found the problem. I'm telling you in case it happens to anyone else.
I installed Plesk on my server and went to the monitoring tool, which tells you that you have to install the build-in or subscribe to the 365 service. I installed the build-in. Since then I have not seen the startup...
The new dashboard graph on the home page that shows CPU usage keeps loading endlessly, displaying the message 'Data will be prepared in a few minutes'.
I've tried disabling the CPU usage module, but it still doesn't appear. I've looked at Grafana's Monitoring system, but that graph does work...
When I use the ‘plesk migrator’ system to move a subscription from one Plesk server to another, I get the following error. The error appears whenever I try to migrate it.
The hosting has a web portal developed in Wordpress, I don't know if this is the reason or not.
Can someone help me to...
