• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

    Php extension

Hello A couple of months ago, I installed mongodb and added the extension in my php.ini directives from plesk admin (I think) -> go to subdomain, php configuration, scroll to the bottom. Today I tried installing the phalcon framework. Everything worked like a charm, I restarted apache (service...

    Problem... again

Yeah, worked after yum upgrade atomic-release. Thanks. I see 12 is out? How do I upgrade? Or am I allowed to do that with my current plan?

    Problem... again

    Hello, Parallels I'm getting an error with update 47 (while trying to update): --------------------------------------------- Execution failed. Command: autoinstaller Arguments: Array ( [0] => --select-product-id [1] => plesk [2] => --select-release-current [3] =>...

Again, plesk failed on doing it's job

Worked. Thanks Edit. 3.5.8.2 also has fonts issues.

Again, plesk failed on doing it's job

#1 Didn't solve it :( I think the theme is missing from the initial URL. Adding set_theme=pmahomme in the URL didn't fix it, either. #2 I know it's pma's bug and I don't think it's a validation thing, it just fails all the time, even if the query is valid. How can we revert to a previous pma?

Again, plesk failed on doing it's job

Hi I can only assume the theme isn't set properly. If I change it to basic theme then revert to "homme" (or whatever the name is), it works. Compare the 2 screenshots: http://screencast.com/t/M4evWh0h vs http://screencast.com/t/9BSvWLXxE8io It's not such a big deal, but it's annoying...

Again, plesk failed on doing it's job

That's what I did too. Late adopter is the way! It looks like they're not too careful when releasing updates. I'm now having a problem with phpmyadmin as well...

    Bugdate #37 ... sorry, UPDATE #37

It's set to 60 minutes, but it doesn't count at all. It happens within a couple of minutes, sometimes even seconds. It happens this way: I login to panel, go to a domain, databases, open phpmyadmin (in a second tab), then open new tabs (I have like 10 open when I'm writing this). After a...

    Bugdate #37 ... sorry, UPDATE #37

Hello?? At least someone looking into it?! You can't simply ignore people. This is annoying.

    Bugdate #37 ... sorry, UPDATE #37

Hello, guys! I was wondering, when are you going to fix the chrome bug forcing people to logout after clicking away on some other tab? It's pretty annoying to switch to a tab, test something right after you loaded a plesk page, then having to re login when you come back. Happens at random...

    Timezone Issues

My server time was CET. Say 11:00 AM. I changed it to UTC, so the time became 10:00 AM. System time. However, the mysql server still shows 11:00AM, even though the time zone variable is set to system. Any clues?! FIX: "service mysqld restart" did the job.

    Again, errors on update

From that thread, it looks, indeed, that I was right. Shell execution of script is restricted, unless you grant it. So either I disable that feature or grant access from admin.

    Okay, thank you.

    Again, errors on update

Yes. Even CD'd, because, for some reason, it has to be in the same folder when running the php script. Otherwise, paths are broken. cd /var/www/vhosts/zzz.com/httpdocs/cron/ ; /usr/bin/php /var/www/vhosts/zzz.com/httpdocs/cron/apns.php

    Again, errors on update

Hmm I had a cron that refused to work, even though the paths were correct. cr /var/www/vhosts/blabla/cron.php -> no such file or directory run the same as root -> working enable access -> working.

    Again, errors on update

Ok, anyway. Side note... to be able to run a cron from a subscription's user, that user needs access to ssh?

    Again, errors on update

Hmm No... autoupdates is off. I clicked on update, indeed, but only saw the first screen with the "continue" button, then clicked on cancel. That should've unlocked it.

    Again, errors on update

Yeah, that's what the error said too. Question is "why?" :)

    Again, errors on update

    Update #33 is available. Install Now -> Click, then I get this: Execution failed. Command: autoinstaller Arguments: Array ( [0] => --select-product-id [1] => plesk [2] => --select-release-current [3] => --upgrade-installed-components ) Details: BUSY: Update operation was...
