• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Bugdate #37 ... sorry, UPDATE #37

Peter-

Basic Pleskian
Hello, guys!

I was wondering, when are you going to fix the chrome bug forcing people to logout after clicking away on some other tab? It's pretty annoying to switch to a tab, test something right after you loaded a plesk page, then having to re login when you come back. Happens at random times.

Also, when opening phpmyadmin, I need to switch the theme to default then back to pmahomme. Otherwise, the fonts are jacked up.

Thanks a bunch :)

PS. I mispelled the title. It's #38

Sorry, but I can't reproduce it with latest version of Chrome for Mac.
Maybe problem with Plesk Session idle time settings? Have you checked it?

It's set to 60 minutes, but it doesn't count at all.

It happens within a couple of minutes, sometimes even seconds.

It happens this way:

I login to panel, go to a domain, databases, open phpmyadmin (in a second tab), then open new tabs (I have like 10 open when I'm writing this). After a while spent in another tab, when I come back to plesk's (either of them) and click on something, it logs out.

After I log back in, it says another admin is logged in. IP doesn't change either. No cookies manipulation in any way. Default usage.
