Can you post your entire my.cnf please? I'm just wondering if the addition you made might be in some section that is not read by default or something unusual like that. I doubt this is what's happening, but just in case.......

This is most likely due to the Subscription not being set to use php in fastcgi mode (i.e. it is using mod_php instead). What happens in mod_php mode is that any files/directories created by a php script are owned by apache. These files can't then be modified/uploaded to by the "ftp username"...

I don't know if my suggestion is good or not, but the option that I've been using when having this problem is simply to turn DNS off and then on again for the domain in question. It certainly seems to rebuild the required zone file correctly, at least for me :-)

What Abdi describes is the most likely reason for your problem. However, it is also possible that the bad guys have guessed or otherwise obtained an FTP username/password combination, or a Plesk username/Password combination. Check the logs you see in...
