  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

    Yes they are all fine. When I mail from mail.com --> customer + my own gmail address, it only arrives at my gmail. When I reply the gmail address to customer + mail.com address it arrives at both. Also I disabled fail2ban on the server

    Yes, all is setup fine. Also tested and confirmed by mxtoolbox. Some say its port 25 which is giving back: 502 5.5.2 Error: command not recognized Causing callbacks to fail.

    Issue Remote Server returned '550 Recipient verification failed

    No not yet. Only thing I see is that when I telnet to the server from linux it is working fine, but as soon as I telnet from my desktop (windows) it doesn't understand any commands. Maybe this is one of the reasons but I'm not sure. I only have this issue with a couple of contacts.

    Hi Peter, Yes, I have a valid SPF, HELO domain matches and PTR record. Its just that the remote server does a callback and cannot verify that my FROM address exists which results in a failure.
