  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

I can no longer use Backup Manager wirh admin account (client and reseller user accounts still work as they should) after updating from 10.1.1 to 10.2.

OS: Windows Server 2008 x64 SP2

Backup Manager Error details:

And when i creating website with sitebuilder:

Unexpected server behaviour.
Please contact the server administrator.


I would be happy if you could provide a solution.
 
Do you have installed latest MicroUpdate?
Need more details - related errors from logs, Event Viewer, etc.
 
Yes the microupdates have been applied.This is in the webserver logs for PleskControlPanel:

After upgrading to 10.2 (from 10.1), backup also stopped working for me. When I go to Server and Panel Settings > Server Components, under Backup System there is nothing but a yellow exclamation mark. There is no other information, nor can I click it.
 
I also having the same problem. Has any found a solution yet? I can't backup any site with out getting a error.

I was migrating data from failing hardware and the migration process was stopped at a couple of points.

I wonder when the 10.3 update is ready for production use. I will rsynch the files in the meantime...
 
I cleared the one job that was marked as stopped in the migration manager and I now have access to the backup manager and can complete a backup. This may be a workaround for anyone in the same position as me.
