Hi @all,
yesterday i bought licence for help desk, but the application is not shown in Plesk.

Years ago, i bought this licence for another server, too. There was installed Plesk 10.x and the application was shown immediately.

But now, with Plesk 11.0.9, i cant find the application, also not in autoinstaller.

What can i do ?

I'm not familiar with the application, but it definitely shouldn't be in Autoinstaller. I suppose you should install it from APS catalog ("Applications" in Panel).

Apps from APS catalog are 3rd party only.

But the help desk is ja official parallels plugin, you need to buy a license.

Till Plesk 10, it was show automaticly.
