Issue 12 GB Backup Problem

hello, i can't upload 12gb backup for plesk panel
i see error:
413 Request Entity Too Large plesk

i am upgrade php settings> 7.4 > php.ini post max size and upload max file size

its not help

1. Edit /opt/psa/admin/conf/php.ini (for Debian, Ubuntu) or /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini (for CentOS, cloudLinux, RedHat) and set the following values greater than the file size:
   

   upload_max_filesize = 200M
   post_max_size = 200M

2. Run the following commands to restart services:
   

   # service sw-engine restart
   # service sw-cp-server restart

thanks i have another problem for db
i can't delete database
Error: Unable to remove some of the selected databases. SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1010 Error dropping database (can't rmdir './jsmn', errno: 39 "Directory not empty")
