  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi,

I installed the business manager a while back but never configured it. Today I click the link on my panel stating that I still need to configure it and I get the following error output:

Code:

Checking the SSO database.........................................[ OK ]

I have searched through the forums but nobody seems to have exactly this issue. I have seen solutions for when the error relates to parsing the certificate/key but can't find anything to help me with this.

Any ideas?

Thanks,
Scott

Hi Igor,

I've run all the commands in the article with success however on attempting to use the Business area again resulted in a configuration attempt followed by the same error message displayed above.

I should point out that my error is slightly different to the one in the article you linked. Mine is related to a command not being able to run rather than a certificate failing to be parsed.

Any other ideas?
