  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue 550 - Sender Verify Failed at Random times on a new VPS

Hello everybody, im having an issue with an Email Server Recently Migrated from Windows Server 2008 to Windows Server 2016, 3 weeks ago.

This Email Server is running with Plesk and MailEnable and in this server we host 4 domains for different customers. We ran the migration tool to transfer all the data from one server to another with the same DNS Records etc. But now we are having this issue with some external domains having trouble sending email to the domains of our clients with the following error:

550-The mail server could not deliver mail to it@customerdomain.com. The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries. 550 Sender verify failed.

The funny thing about this, is that this error is not permanent, some times the email of the customer gets through to our customer email without being rejected, and some times they get rejected with the error mentioned above.

I've checked the dns records with mxtoolbox and everything seems to be ok, One of the domains is Sotec.com.mx
