8.1.0 to 8.1.1 update problems - Please help

I am trying to update my 1&1 Plesk 8.1.0 server to 8.1.1.

I go into the updater, select the minimal packages to install, confirm the installation, the I get the following notices on the update screen:

Information: Installation started. You will be notified of installation progress by e-mail
Information: Installation is in progress.
Error: Select the components to be installed

...and the screen goes back to the updater screen with the selected updates reselected again.

I get 2 autoinstaller reports by email. The first is a success report, the second a failure report. They say..:

Plesk autoinstaller.
 
Hi. Maybe someone can help me with this.

I have tried a suggestion elsewhere on this forum to remove the autoinstaller. great. Did that, and redownloaded the autoinstaller from swsoft.

Now, when I run the autoinstaller, It downloads all the necessary packages, starts the installation, and fails immediately saying:

Install package psa-hotfix2-8.1.1-1.noarch
error :Failed Dependacies
psa-hotfix2 = 8.1.0 is needed by (installed) psa-8.1.0-fc4.build81061129.22.i586

It then goes on to say how other packages failed then aborts saying Installation failed.

Please help!
