  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hello, hope someone here can help... I am trying to migrate my 8.6 windows server using the backup.exe tool to my new 9.22 linux server.

I have made the dump.psa file according to the instructions on this site and uploaded it to my server correctly.

However when I try to run pre9-backup-convert using the command

/usr/local/psa/bin/pre9-backup-convert convert -d /var/lib/psa/dumps /dump.psa

I get the following error

Runtime error: ('Top level is not multipart/related', 'text/plain')

I'm not sure where I have gone wrong with this as I have followed the instructions from the user guide to the letter.

Could someone help me solve why this is happening?

Thanks!

Jia
