A way to disable apache being restarted everytime when a new domain is added

Is there a way to disable the apache being restarted when a new domain is added ?

When i am using WHMCS to create account on the same plesk server, my server's apache gets restarted and I get a 502 error. I want to have instant setup after payment and if plesk restarts always, i get into trouble with my client seeing that error page :/

For the newly created domain name apache settings to take effect, apache must reload ...

If you are getting a 502, you need to investigate and find out the cause of that ...

The cause is because apache restarts, and WHMCS in on the same server. They both clash together can get the 502 page. Some how the account is created on plesk but it is not updated to whmcs.
Is there any scripts that i can edit, so i can make the apache restart 1 minute after the domain creation

I own the server, so i have root access

Yes you can change the restart interval by:

Tools & Settings -> Apache Web Server -> [Apache restart interval]

I haven't tested it now, however if you are sure it does not work, then you might want to submit a bug report to plesk developers ...

Access to Plesk psa database:

# mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa.shadow` psa

Or if you have Plesk 11.5 version:

# plesk db
