  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question About Ubuntu 20 Plesk Poor Performance

Ahmet CAVUSOGLU

New Pleskian
Server operating system version
Ubuntu 20.04.01 LTS
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.48
Hello

A server that I serve to my customers is running with 8 Core 16GB Ram 150 GB SSD + Ubuntu 20 LTS + Plesk 18.0.48 versions. It contains 20 domains. (The system memory does not exceed 6GB.) There are also security add-ons such as Email Security Antivirus, which is one of the Plesk add-ons.

My problem is actually as follows, although I have given 1GB of php memory to the domains, I get an "Error 500" error when one or more domains are in high demand. Although my other server, Centos 7, has lower system hardware (6 Cores 6 GB Ram), similar situations do not occur.

My guess is that Email Security is tiring the system, but I would like to hear your thoughts from our fellow users.

Thanks
