  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

I've a trouble in logging in to Plesk, changing FTP user password, adding new subscription and so on. When I try to change something, Plesk says me Access denied. It can't be upgraded or updated on Plesk CP on web interface. Then I try to install automatically installation from Plesk product update on Server. I tried to update components but I got error and here is log:

Hello,

To fix the issue with 'Access Denied' errors, you should apply all updates.

To fix the issue with 'plesk-service-node-utilities', use this article https://kb.odin.com/en/124495

Also, as additional way:
it is possible to search by plesk-service-node-utilities word in Windows registry and remove all entries(making backup) that contain this name, it should be about 1-3 entries.

Then stop Plesk Management Service and restart updates installation.
