i'm relatively new to Plesk, having only be using it for basic stuff such as setting up web hosting/backup etc.
I've just logged into my Plesk after probably a month or so of no doing so, to try and add a domain and some hosting - I followed my usual process, selected the DNS zone etc - and hit continue - only for it to error.
Error: The component AWStats was not installed.
In addition the Backup manager button which I always checked to ensure backup were occurring have disappeared..
I'm assuming some kind of auto-update has done this - but can anyone shed light on either of these problems.
Im terrified that the backups are no longer occuring, and also I really needed to add this domain - and am stuck completely without a clue as to how to remedy the problem.
