After create reseller account rights problem

When I create a new reseller account.
there no rights for certain parts

for example:

- sub domain (create sub domain works, but then the subdomain not working)
- application (applications install works, but the applications itself does not work)

an existing reseller account works fine.

only the newly created reseller account giving problems

does anyone have the same problem
