• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue After restoring, site not works

Regular Pleskian
Hi,

This is first time that I used Plesk's restore function.

Yesterday, I backed up, all webspaces one by one, without problems.
And today I tried to revert one subdomain.

I checked "Sites" and "Database" and restored it successfuly, and after restoring Magento frontpage did not opened. I got few errors with suggestion that I need to run bin/magento setup:upgrade
I did that, but problems are still there.
I tried with setting permissions, but now I have error 500

I'm using Plesk 12.5.30, on Debian Debian 7.6.
Also, after unsuccessful update magento from 2.0.4 to 2.1 I want to revert version 2.0.4
Also, that Magento site is not installed via Plesk's APP

What I can do?

I found my old manually created backup, and I restored it.
Please, if you can give me more information about this.
Because I used backup from Plesk Panel for other sites also. But today first time restore.
Are all my backups are damaged?

How to check it?
