After Upgrading - 404 / relay Error

After Upgrading Plesk Panel from V 9.5 to 10.3. I cannot login to the Panel

System: Debian Linux

After Openening in browser only a 404 - Not found error appears
Landed @ https://myserver:8443/relay

I have read some forum posts and KB articles, but cannot found the right way to come back online.

ic cannot use sso because of "wrong license file".....

is there a possibility to import my new key.xml file on console?
 
JFYI License from Plesk 9.x is not compatible with Plesk 10.x
You should upgrade it. Contact your sales representative.
 
My key is updated to 10.x. !

But I cannot install the .xml without admin panel....

if i try ti disable ssO :

/usr/local/psa/bin/sso -disable
