• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

I am trying to migrate from a Debian 10.4.4 box to another Debian 10.4.4 box and get the following errors every time I try the migration. I have tried several times and the user accounts never make it over.

I pray I have done something dumb...

Thanks anybody.

I too have the same issue - both on 10.4.4 Plesk

Need to migrate over to another server and got similar error on all the mail accounts - my guess would be something about the two mail systems not matching e.g. one on qmail and one on postfix - I did see another post which said about doing an sql query with the id and that showed was on source but not target but no follow up

Any ideas?

Happening here, too

I am having exactly the same problem. Tried to migrate one domain from a server running Plesk 10.4.4 to another server running Plesk 10.4.4.

Actually, it looks like the migration happened properly. The only problem was that the "Mail User" user role did not exist on the new server. This was a non-event because the Mail User role on the old server denied all access so simply not creating the users was equivalent.
