• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

any update on this roundcube fixes i mentioned long ago?

TP137133 - converted to feature request #137355
TP137135 - marked as autofixed with comment "We explicitly setup Roundcube to use 'INBOX.Spam' folder as 'Junk' so all spam letters show in Roundcube 'Junk' folder if corresponding settings activated in Plesk."
TP131730 - no information. Ask Alexey.Plotnitsky in PM.

Thx for reply IgorG

However TP137135 was initially 2 questions, and your autofix only addresses 1

A) is autofixed, but what about B)?

6a) question (could not test myself): if in the :8443 panel spam filter it's configured to move spam to the spam folder, do mails in fact go to the roundcube "junk" folder?
6b) question (could not test myself): does the spamassasin daemon learn from each users roundcube "junk" folder?

Hi Sven L.,

Re: TP131730 - in planning, no ETA yet
Re: TP137135, B - will revert on this soon

ok I will wait for further response.

I really hope TP131730 will be done soon. it is a real good change that will make webmail really much more useful and easier to sell webmail accounts.

Re: TP137135, B - this also should work now in Plesk 11.5 MU13

nice, pity i can't test it right now as i currently don't have a test server and i won't update to 11.5 on my produccion server until it's marked as stable.

now just TP131730 which i think is a really big thing... if that is gonna be fixed, users won't need to log into :8443 panel whatsoever and that really makes it more simple for users to use the whole webmail system and much better for sellers to sell their webmail services.

you said there is no ETA, but did you guys at least start to look at the issue?

PS:
Alexey.Plotnitsky, I just read the changelog of Plesk 11.5 MU13 and there is no mention of any of this!?

Re TP131730: sure this will be considered during feature planning.

Re TP137135: both A and B suppose to work since RoundCube support was announced in Plesk 11.5.30 preview builds.

Hello,

3 month have passed without any news on TP131730

now that plesk 12 will support dovecot, i wonder:

what about TP131730? will you finally get the roundcube plugin sauserprefs to work with plesk, so users can manage their plesk white/blacklist from within roundcube?

this would be the topping of the cake, because with roundcube & sauserprefs plugin & dovecot support the final end-users would never have to log into the :8443 panel for anything
